We offer a comprehensive list of hardware, software and support services and can
mix and match them to meet your requirements. However, we have also put together
set packages to take into consideration the size of your business, your potential
requirements and costs.
If you don't see a package that meets your needs or we have not mentioned a particular

Our packages are based on 'Users'
and a user may have multiple devices that they wish to protect. (A device is a PC or laptop. A mobile device is an iPad or similar tablet, iPhone or any smart phone.)
This simply means if you have a PC and a Laptop that is primarily used by a single
person it counts as a single user.
- Essentials Package
Ideal for a professional, or two, working together in a SOHO office environment. This service provides a 90-Day window of backup protection, meaning that if a file is deleted you have 90 days in which to restore it.
- Essentials Plus Package
Similar to our Essentials package, but without the restrictive 90-Day window of backup protection. It comes with a Data Archive allowance which can be set to any period such as 3, 5, 7 years, or even permanently.
- Small Business - Essentials Package
This is for the small sized business and can cover up to 3 servers and 19 users. It is our most popular package and covers most business needs.
- Small Business - Performance
Package
The same small sized business package, but with the N-Safe Sentinel installed at your offices to reduce backup times. It provides almost instant data backup and data restoration, giving you the ultimate data resilience solution.
- Small Business - Disaster Recovery
Package
The same features as the performance package, but with the Disaster Recovery features turned on.
- Medium Business - Essentials
Package
This is ideal for the medium sized business and suitable for up to 10 servers and 100 users.
